General administrative tasks 

The corn fest was held on my own project "Guacamaya farm" celebrating first anniversary for the event we offered workshops on printing with plants, photography, there was rereation for the kids, was invited a music band, a food vendor, we also had a circle of word for the comunity hosted by a social corporation named IFT. in the activity participated around 100 people.

Accounts removal process for rejected payments with credit card was created defining types of rejects that occurred and defining actions to be taken according to the occurrence reponsability, either if the reason was avoidable (fault of account setting inside the comany) or unavoidable (fault of the client) was designed a path to follow which involved notifying account executives to notify customers and make them re-attemp payment; or partner in charge of managing banking accounts database for avoiding posting of the payment and makijng the ecessary in-house correction without affecting customers.

Design Experience

Member of the UPS GBS Medellin communications committe I participate with the design of the monthly bulletin which involved the diagramation of images and texts, fonths and style.

I designed an audiovisual guide about the rules of the site which is projected daily in around 20 60 pulg. screens around the 4 floors of our facility, photography and videos where recorded, text animations utilizing Adobe Suite and Canva, and a detailed cared palette of corporative colors following the design guidelines.

Logo and characters illustration for the English as second language program named "Enjoy with elnglish" the two hosts of the program were illustrated as cartton characters with different types of corporative clothing showing the logo of UPS and the diferent uniforms, a weekly invitation post was sent to 350 employees inside the facility to invite them to join to the group.

 UX design of ACCESS database "Backoffice checklist" a friednly UI to make the backoffice team manage and fiillout their dailys tasks, export, interchange activities.

Website design Experience

Non-official sesign of the web page for the program MANA, it was mounted on WIX, was created a flash animation, buttons and banners of the program, photography of the encounters and monthly newsletters were sent inviting the comunity to interact, read contents on the webpage and check and download photos and additional contents.

Pachakuti collective web page was designed in google Sites and hosted in a Go-Daddy domain, logos, banners and flyers are designed, and audiovisuals about the project, currently available at www.pachakuti.com.co

Awesome prject im proud of

Guacamaya Farm, has been an oustanding project in the Medellin comuna 13, we have held a cople events for the comunity and for visitors of the city, currently we will held an event of a reconized museum of the city receiving a public budget to make visible our social project together with a pair of projects of the city, I will take charge of managing all the details, music, food, markets for an event of around 300 people.
